Cut trees (like cut flowers) are perishable items and will deteriorate over time. The speed your tree deteriorates including needle drop will depend on the environment and conditions in which you keep it. These factors are obviously beyond our control, however if you feel that your tree is really not up to the quality you require then please inform us within 4 days of receiving your tree and let us know your concerns.
Trees can only be returned or exchanged if there is a genuine problem with the tree and Lime Tree Farm have been notified of this within 4 working days of the customer receiving it. The tree must be returned to Lime Tree Farm for inspection within 7 days of the customer receving the tree otherwise it cannot be returned or exchanged as it is a perishable item and therefore non-fundable.
The customer will be responsible for returning the item including the packaging in ‘as new condition’ within 7 days of its delivery. If there is a problem with the item, and this is agreed by us on its receipt, the customer will be refunded the postage cost of returning the item (up to a maximum of £15). In situations where there is no issue with the quality of the tree, the cost of returning it is to be met by the customer. Returns are to be sent to Lime Tree Farm, Stanney Lane, Little Stanney, Chester. CH2 4HT along with details of the reasons for return.
We will not accept returns of any products after the 24th December.
